1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any games, applications, websites, or services provided by Arcstone Studios, LLC (“Arcstone Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items outside of our official systems

5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

Our games may offer virtual items available for purchase. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items at our sole discretion.

6. Our Fair Play Commitment

Arcstone Studios is committed to fair gameplay. Every game we publish uses a single, universal in-game currency with no premium or tiered token systems. This currency can be earned through normal gameplay — completing quests, winning matches, and reaching milestones — or purchased with real money. Both paths grant access to the exact same content.

We will never sell items, cards, characters, or upgrades that provide competitive advantages unavailable to non-paying players. Purchasing currency only accelerates collection — it does not unlock exclusive power. We reserve the right to modify game balance for the health of the game, but we will never create pay-to-win mechanics.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in our games and services — including but not limited to artwork, music, text, code, trademarks, and game mechanics — is the property of Arcstone Studios, LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User-Generated Content

If our services allow you to submit content (such as display names, deck names, or chat messages), you grant Arcstone Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating our services. You are solely responsible for any content you submit.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our services. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcstone Studios, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, regardless of the theory of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
